Representative Payeeship provides for the management of Social Security benefits for adults who suffer from mental or developmental disabilities.

A caseworker ensures that a client's basic living expenses are prioritized and paid. 

In 2009, Catholic Charities assisted 713 people through this program, 204 were people with special needs, and volunteers provided 236 hours of service.
